'Welcome to Chicagoland' is meant to bring back the way most people discovered punk rock music...affordable comp/samplers with as many songs as can fit. Think of this release as a Chicago area version of 'Punk-O-Rama', 'Punk Rock Is Your Friend' or 'Give 'Em The Boot'. This being VOL 1, we will be putting out one of these each year until we can't do it anymore. We are also only making 100 of these CDs!! They come in a resealable plastic cover with a four panel, full color jacket and access to the digital version of the album. Artwork by Kyle Bak

Long time pals Jon So, Andrew Burns, and Sean Finnegan began fucking around with Rock Band on XBox,
then decided to start a real band, and learn how to play real instruments and they eventually became real boys.
After a while, their drummer at the time quit and they ( Jon, AB, and Sean) posted an ad on Craigslist, which Dom Vallone (X-88 Fingers Louie drummer)
responded to and he quickly joined the band. They started making new songs together.
They called the band Johnny Automatic because they thought it sounded cool.

They try to make songs the people will enjoy. The end.
