'Welcome to Chicagoland' is meant to bring back the way a lot of people discovered punk rock music...affordable comp/samplers with as many songs as we can fit. Think of this release as a Chicago area 'Punk-O-Rama', 'Punk Rock Is Your Friend' or 'Give 'Em The Boot'. All the proceeds from this comp will go to CIVL; a non-profit organization that acts to secure the long-term future of their member venues and others for the benefit of our communities and emerging artists. According to a new survey conducted by the National Independent Venue Association, which represents 2,000 members in all 50 states, 90% of its members say they will be forced to cease operations permanently if the shutdown lasts six months or longer and there’s no federal support provided.

There is also a bundle option with a FM&F T-Shirt that will split proceeds with CIVL and My Block, My Hood, My City which provides underprivileged youth with an awareness of the world and opportunities beyond their neighborhood. They take students on explorations focused on STEM, Arts & Culture, Citizenry & Volunteerism, Health, Community Development, Culinary Arts, and Entrepreneurism. This group has really stepped up during the COVID pandemic giving aide to businesses and families effected in Chicago.
